1. Overview
Eligibility • International students currently enrolled in a Korean university or graduate school • Passionate about sharing life and job-preparation experiences in Korea through content • Proficient in Korean (able to communicate smoothly) • Those who actively run a personal Instagram account • Able to attend offline events, including the kick-off and closing ceremonies • Eligible to obtain a part-time work permit (no disqualifying factors) • (Preferred) Able to submit a portfolio showcasing previous content creation/work
• Number of Recruits: Around 20 students • Recruitment Period: July 1 (Wed) ~ July 21 (Tue) • Activity Period: September ~ November (approx. 3 months) * Kick-off ceremony: Early September (Offline)
2. Activities
(1) Online Content Creation (Individual Missions) • Create content based on KoMate service experiences and topics related to employment for foreigners in Korea • Weekly submission of self-produced content (topics and guidelines announced in advance)
(2) Team Projects • (Topics and guidelines provided in advance) • Submit and present team project outcomes at the offline closing ceremony
(3) KoMate Service Participation • Provide feedback through surveys, interviews, etc., to help improve the service
3. Benefits
• Official Supporter Certificate (issued only for those with a participation rate of 80% or higher) • Supporter activity allowance (subject to tax reporting) • Awards for outstanding supporters and teams • Priority consideration for future KoMate collaboration content and programs
4. Selection Process
• 1st Round: Document Screening • 2nd Round: Part-time Work Permit Verification • Final Announcement (Notification of Acceptance)
5. How to Apply
• Apply via the application form provided in the KoMate announcement • Log in to Saramin, complete all required fields, and submit • Submitted information will be used solely for the purpose of supporter selection.
Important Notices
• Recruitment may close early or be extended without prior notice depending on circumstances. • First-round successful candidates will proceed with signing an activity agreement; final selection is determined based on internal criteria. • Activity outputs may be utilized for KoMate's service optimization and marketing content. • Certificates and certain benefits may be withheld if activity requirements are not met. • If activity allowances are disbursed, additional documentation may be requested in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

• 모집 인원: 20명 내외 • 모집 기간: 7월 1일(수) ~ 7월 21일(화) • 활동 기간: 9~11월 (약 3개월) * 발대식: 9월 초 (오프라인)
2. 활동 내용
(1) 온라인 콘텐츠 제작 (개인 미션) • KoMate 서비스 이용 경험 및 외국인 취업에 관련된 콘텐츠 제작 • 주차별 직접 작성한 콘텐츠 제출 (주제 및 가이드는 사전에 공지)
(2) 팀별 프로젝트 활동 • (주제 및 가이드는 사전에 공지) • 활동 종료 후 오프라인 해단식에서 팀별 결과물 제출 및 발표
(3) KoMate 서비스 참여 • 설문, 피드백, 인터뷰 등 서비스 개선을 위한 의견 제시
3. 활동 혜택
• 서포터즈 공식 활동 수료증 발급 (활동 참여도 80% 이상 시) • 서포터즈 활동비 지급 (세금신고 예정) • 우수 서포터즈 및 우수 팀 시상 • 향후 KoMate 협업 콘텐츠 및 프로그램 참여 우대
4. 선발 절차
• 1차 서류 심사 • 2차 시간제취업허가 진행 • 서류 확인 후 최종합격 안내
5. 지원 방법
• KoMate 공지문 내 신청서 폼을 통해 지원 • 사람인 로그인 및 신청서 내 필수 항목 작성 후 제출 • 제출된 내용은 서포터즈 선발 목적으로만 활용됩니다.
유의 사항
• 서포터즈 모집은 상황에 따라 사전 고지 없이 조기 종료 또는 연장될 수 있습니다. • 1차 합격자 대상으로 활동협약서 작성 및 절차를 진행하며, 최종 합격은 내부 기준에 따라 확정됩니다. • 활동 결과물은 KoMate 서비스 및 마케팅 콘텐츠로 활용될 수 있습니다. • 활동 기준 미충족 시 수료증 및 일부 혜택 지급이 제한될 수 있습니다. • 활동비 지급이 필요한 경우, 관련 법령에 따라 추가 서류 제출이 요청될 수 있습니다.
