-고객 문의에 대한 서비스 및 지원

-고객의 예약 관리, 시술 안내 및 고객 요청 처리 지원

-고객 의견 (VOC, Voice of the Customer) 수집 및 관리

-서비스 품질 유지와 더불어 친절한 고객 응대로 브랜드 평판 관리

[KEY RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Customer service & support for customer inquiries

- Assist customers with appointment bookings, treatment guidance, and order management

- Manage and respond to customer feedback (VOC: Voice of the Customer) to ensure service quality and satisfaction

[우대사항]

-미용 및 의료 분야에서 영어 온라인 상담 경력자

-문서 처리 능력 우수자 (MS 오피스 또는 구글 워크스페이스)

-꼼꼼하고 체계적인 업무 처리 능력, 책임감 있는 분

-친절하고 예의 바르며 협력적, 팀워크 능력 뛰어난 분

-국제적인 팀에서 장기 근무를 희망하는 분

-서비스 마인드가 뛰어나고 적극적이며 열정적인 업무 태도 소유자

[PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS]

- Relevant experience in English online consultations within the aesthetic or medical field

- Proficiency in document handling (MS Office or Google Workspace)

- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsible

- Friendly, polite, and cooperative with strong teamwork skills

- Want to be part of an international team for the long term

- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work

[필수사항]

-언어-학력: 학사 이상

: 영어, 러시아어 고급 이상(원어민 수준 우대), 한국어 중급 이상

-비자: F 비자 소지자에 한함 (F2, F4, F5, F6 또는 한국 국적자)

[JOB REQUIREMENTS]

- Education: Bachelor`s degree or higher

- Language: English, Russian (Advanced / Native), Korean (Intermediate+)

- Visa: F-type Visa only (F2, F4, F5, F6 or Korean Citizen)
